<p><strong>Layer 7 Systems LLC — Internal Application ("QBO Integration Tool")</strong><br>

<h2>1. Overview</h2>

<p>This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the QuickBooks Online integration application (the "Application") developed and operated by Layer 7 Systems LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). The Application is an internal-use tool that connects to the Company's own QuickBooks Online company file for accounting, reporting, and business analysis purposes.</p>

 

<h2>2. License</h2>

<p>The Application is proprietary software operated solely by and for Layer 7 Systems LLC. It is not distributed, sold, licensed, or made available to the public or to any third party. No rights are granted to any party other than the Company.</p>

 

<h2>3. Permitted Use</h2>

<p>The Application is used exclusively by authorized personnel of Layer 7 Systems LLC to access the Company's own accounting data through Intuit's published APIs, in accordance with Intuit's terms of service and developer policies.</p>

 

<h2>4. Data</h2>

<p>The Application accesses accounting data belonging solely to Layer 7 Systems LLC. Handling of that data is described in our <a href="https://www.layer7systems.com/privacy.html">Privacy Policy</a>.</p>

 

<h2>5. Disclaimer of Warranty</h2>

<p>The Application is provided "as is" for internal use, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.</p>

 

<h2>6. Limitation of Liability</h2>

<p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, Layer 7 Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Application.</p>

 

<h2>7. Termination</h2>

<p>The Company may discontinue the Application or revoke its access to QuickBooks Online at any time, including by disconnecting the Application within Intuit's account management tools.</p>

 

<h2>8. Changes to This Agreement</h2>

<p>We may update this Agreement from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.</p>
